District Profile

Rockwall County MUD #10 is a special-purpose District in southern Rockwall County (near McLendon‑Chisholm), created under the Texas Water Code and regulated by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ). Its primary mission is to provide water, wastewater, drainage, and related infrastructure (like roads) for new residential developments.
